Johnson County Corrections Center
This project consisted of two phases and included construction on a new jail and the renovation of an existing building. Phase 1 consisted of the construction of a new 64,672 SF jail with 212 beds in the housing area and includes intake, processing and release, kitchen, laundry and other support spaces. Phase 2 consisted of the renovation of and existing facility on an active site. The renovation added a new visitation area, added 18 separation cells and modified all single cell restrooms.
