New high school consists of classrooms & learning areas for culinary arts, welding, auto mechanics, & a TV broadcast studio. The two-story structure is a combination of structural CMU & structural steel. The building has a full kitchen & cafeteria, administration offices, elevator, access controls, video surveillance, etc. The project is located on the East side of Abilene on the same property as the Texas State Technical College that was recently built.
