A multi-phased renovation of the historic Will Rogers Memorial Center Coliseum. Renovations encompass a new expanded exterior entry, significant updates to the concourse and support areas, conversion of the existing west locker rooms into meeting spaces, restroom upgrades, and transformation of the southeast warehouse into a new kitchen facility. Further improvements will include the expansion of arena seating, mechanical/electrical/plumbing/audio-visual, and life safety upgrades.
